Ingredients
- 250g biscuits
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- ¼ cup rum
- Coconut, sprinkles, cocoa for rolling
Method
- Crush biscuits in a large bowl (or blitz in a food processor) until fine.
- Add condensed milk, rum, a cup of desiccated coconut, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the crushed biscuit, and mix well to combine.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls on a flat surface.
- Split into three lots; roll one-third in coconut, one-third in chocolate sprinkles, and the remaining third in cocoa.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container.
