INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup frozen chopped kiwifruit
- 50ml tequila
- 30ml triple sec
- Juice of 1-2 limes
- SALT RIM
This is a good lesson to save any excess fruit, especially kiwifruit, as it freezes well and whizzes up to create a delicious blended margarita. Serves 1
- SALT RIM: Place the lime juice and salt separately into two small plates, dip the rim of a glass into the lime juice, and then the salt to coat.
- FOR THE COCKTAIL: Blitz all ingredients together in a blender and pour into salt-rimmed glasses.
