Roasted Prawns

Ingredients –

  • Tiger Prawns – 8 to 10
  • Oil – 3 Tbsp
  • Garlic-Ginger Paste – 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice – 1 tsp
  • Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper – 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Green Coriander (Cilantro) – chopped for garnish

 

How to Cook –

  • Clean the Prawns and squeeze to drain.
  • Mix Chili powder, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Pepper, Cumin powder, ginger-Garlic paste, Lime juice, Salt, and 1 tbsp oil in a bowl.
  • Add Prawns to the bowl and toss well. Marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a Pan and add the marinated prawns. Gently stir and fry on each side for 2 minutes (4-5 minutes as total ).
  • Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with chopped Green Coriander.
